Meet our Tutors

I've been tutoring English for 8 years and I'm also the founder of Tutor Gym - I built it because I wanted to make good tutoring genuinely accessible. Outside of that, I run an in-person tuition centre too, so I've worked with students across lots of different settings.

When I'm not tutoring, I love exploring the UK out on a motorbike, shopping for vintage clothes, and walking my dog, Gus.

I love learning and advancing my Mathematical skills, and have a passion for passing this excitement on to the next generation! I graduated with a degree in Mathematics from Queen Mary University of London and have over 12 years experience working in secondary schools in the UK. I enjoy giving each of my students the individual support they need to grow in confidence and reach their goals, so I look forward to seeing you in one of my sessions.

I have been a professional Science tutor for 13 years, have previously worked as a Biologist in academia. I am passionate about making science fun and accessible to everyone. When I am not tutoring you are most likely to find me in my art studio painting or creating a sculpture. I lead an Explorer Scout Unit in my spare time and also enjoy independent travelling and having adventures with a rucksack when the time allows.

My goal is to make learning enjoyable, meaningful, and effective for every student. I work closely with students to ensure progress, build strong study habits, and create a positive learning experience.

I believe in raising confidence and emotional well-being. I like to foster a positive ethos during my teaching and praise everyone's achievements.

I live in Norfolk with my family. I have 3 daughters and a son, 3 rabbits and a Golden Labrador puppy called Billy! 
I love reading historical fiction including Kate Mosse and Philippa Gregory. I also love historical documentaries and can often be found watching Horrible Histories with my daughter. I also love baking, crafts and autumn. I don't like blue cheese and bad smells. 😀
