My teaching style in methodical yet informal. I like to follow a routine and talk through problems. As a teacher, I am particularly adept with asking questions to deepen learning and stretch thinking outside the box. I like to tell the odd joke too!

I believe in raising confidence and emotional well-being. I like to foster a positive ethos during my teaching and praise everyone's achievements.

I live in Norfolk with my family. I have 3 daughters and a son, 3 rabbits and a Golden Labrador puppy called Billy! 
I love reading historical fiction including Kate Mosse and Philippa Gregory. I also love historical documentaries and can often be found watching Horrible Histories with my daughter. I also love baking, crafts and autumn. I don't like blue cheese and bad smells. 😀

I love the fact that author Roald Dahl, who wrote Charlie and the Chocolate factory, was actually a real chocolate taster for Cadbury in his childhood.
